About Nicole Carver

Hi, I'm Nicole Carver! I'm a brand strategist and designer who loves to build. My work lives somewhere between strategy and design: figuring out what a brand needs to say, then building the identities, systems and campaigns that say it. I love untangling complex ideas, thinking in systems, and making the templates and tools that help a whole team move faster.

Today I'm at Fixated, a marketing and talent agency, where I lead design direction for creator-led brand partnerships. I set the look and feel of each campaign, designing the campaign identities and pitch decks that bring ideas to brands, and I bring that design perspective into our weekly client strategy conversations, helping turn audience and performance data into a clear, compelling story for every proposal.

Before Fixated, I led the visual direction for World of Warcraft broadcast events at Blizzard Entertainment while creating marketing, broadcast, and digital creative for major franchise campaigns.

Curiosity has always been my biggest strength. I love learning new skills, exploring new creative approaches, and creating thoughtful design solutions that are both meaningful and effective. When I'm away from my computer, you'll usually find me working on one of my creative hobbies, tackling a Sudoku puzzle, or spending time outdoors.
